Not rude. The people complaining are often rude as georg could tell you. If
you want to help and not only speak, then you could do at least two things:
a) provide a patch that explains the matter in short during configuration if
   the lib is missing and
b) set up an informative page which explains the matter in full. So that we
   can direct such users to that page.
