Olivier Hill posted a link to the correct page which is one of those you mentioned in your MS rant iirc.
And you need IE 5+ to access the page.. Since it's ActiveX powered with "Famous Microsoft Auto-Install via the web" crap. Browsing with Mozilla will only give you a warning.
