I was going through the list of bugs at http://bugs.php.net/bugstats.php and got tired of having to scroll up the page to double check what the meaning of each column is.
Would anyone object to the patch below which repeats the header row every 20 categories (an arbitrary number, but it does a decent job of keeping one of 'em on screen -- at my resolution -- at any given time).
