If we were a couple of years away from the patent expiry in the rest of the world, then I'd suggest a --i-am-in-the-us switch. But as we're talking about 2-3 months I think we should wait until the whole world has the patent expired.

We can't do that as everything for PHP is distributed over multiple
servers worldwide.
