Just as it would be helpful to have a concise history of reason for "no" votes 
it would also be helpful to have a concise history of reasons for "yes" votes.
 

 
Also, I was not proposing you "justify" your opinion. I was    proposing 
instead that reasons for RFCs votes be captured   concisely for posterity.
