For step 1 - 3, that would basically be to download and install <https://www.gpg4win.org/> and to execute Kleopatra; the GUI should be pretty much self explaining. Step 4 (copying to clipboard) might not be supported, but the default export should work fine (could copy to clipboard from the exported file then). Make sure that you don't export the private key here. Steps 5 - 7 should be identical. Note that Kleopatra must be running, whenever you want to sign a commit. -- Christoph M.
