Regarding feature request #9224 StreamWrapper support for glob() <https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/9224>, I would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this. With good feedback and if anyone would grant me karma I would like to create an RFC for this. The thread also raised some thoughts on the future of glob() which could be some interesting reading.
