The voting period has now ended. The primary vote was accepted with 19 "yes" and 1 "no" votes. The secondary vote resulted in a default of "1", with 12 "1" and 6 "0" votes. The tertiary vote resulted in a run-tests.php defaulting to "0", with 4 "1" votes and 11 "0" votes.
