Hello,

I'd like to toss my name into the hat. I've been on the list for awhile now,
but in the last year or two, I started actually speaking up. I first learned C
in 1998, and switched to C# in 2005, and finally PHP in 2012. My C was a bit
rusty (no, that is not a pun), but it gets better every week that I fiddle and
tinker with php-src. I don't feel confident enough to be active on github, but
I would like to change that.

PHP has paid my bills long enough; it is time to return the favor; if you'll
have me.
