I would be surprised if they penalized you for this since you'll more 
accurately describe the messages. I don't know how their delivery systems works 
though, so I understand if you don't want to gamle on it 👌

Yes that would be great, adding a description is optional and can be done later 
too. if you feel like it you could do it only for the most used lists too for 
example.
