Given that this cannot be included in PHP 8.5, I would suggest waiting at least a few weeks before starting the vote - some people (myself definitely included) may not have had a chance to review the RFC because of the work surrounding trying to finalize and implement things before the PHP 8.5 freeze. -Daniel
