it's how we communicate and make changes to the language. It's not a
playground, but you're treating it as such. You need to stop here and
drastically reduce the number of e-mails you send.
To avoid any vagueness: Don't start more than one 1 thread per month,
don't send more than 3 e-mails per week. You can respond to multiple
people in one e-mail if necessary. This is your last warning, if you
fail to comply we will be forced to ban you from the list.
