I want an access for phpdoc-tr repository because; I want to translate PHP manual to Turkish if I can, according to my free time. If I can make the manual have the ability to be release , may be after more Turkish people come together to translate it better and come together to create a teamwork.
Of course I can translate without a cvs access. But this is a bad way. In this way i must spent more time to syncronize files between php.net's cvs server and my local server. I want to spent this kind of time to translating process.
