I am hoping that Steph will give us a nice summary in a timely manner.
Aside from that its obviously a good idea to collect a list of all the
suggestions. I dont think we really need PEPr for this. While I think
its ok for anyone to come here and propose his wishes .. in the end the
decisions will be made by the core php people. If someone provides a
nice list for them it will make their work easier.
