I look after the installer, and I agree that it could do much more - indeed it could be made to install everything which comes in the zip (that was my original plan), although there would be a nightmare of dependencies to check for.
I no longer even have a windows machine, and the only time I ever use one is to package up the latest installer. Hence, any further development from me on the installer is most unlikely to happen.
