What does it hurt to have them stay as-is?
My only issue is that there is no documentation to describe what the
values represent. I didn't realise that +ve longitude was East.
If there is a good website that allows you to find your
city/company/etc and then describe the location in values you can use
in the PHP.INI file, then that would be useful. Alternatively,
allowing the settings to be entered as 50 23 12.97N 31 57 07.74W as a
single value which you get from a lot of map software (google earth
for example).
