I'm not used to building php from CVS.

I'll create a shell script that calls the following in the right order
for me:

cvs update
./cvsclean

insert "./buildconf" here

./configure --my-options
make
make test

Then we'll see what happens!

Rebuilding with ./cvsclean run!
