We have two operation modes in PHP6 - "native" and Unicode.
In these modes expected output of the same test may differ very much.
That's why in some cases we have to use two expected output sections -
EXPECT(F) for native and UEXPECT(F) for Unicode mode.
* There is also UEXPECTREGEX - similar to EXPECTREGEX, but used in Unicode mode.
