Well that's the problem. We have put months (if not more) of work into PHP 6 but most people who are complaining aren't willing to take a stab at actually help figuring this out. No matter what we end up doing, the worst is if we make an arbitrary decision because no one had time to get the right data. I consider that part of implementing Unicode. If we can't figure it out to the detail then we should maybe dump it all together (and that's not what I'm suggesting).
