I would have found this easier to grok as:
ns_define('FOOBAR', $value);
That may, however, merely be my admittedly twisted world-view.
I could live with this:
NSdefine('FOOBAR', $value);
Disclaimer: I'm the person least likely to use the dang thing, so name
it whatever you want. :-)
