Hello Stanislav,

 replace the damn sentence with CLA then. I don't care what the damn thing
is called. PHP needs neither a CLA nor a NDA. And yes I have signed both
stuff in the past for various reasons. And it has always been a pain and
still continues to be.

There is apparently something. I won't let you continue. You cannot shut me
up because you don't like me disagreeing on any NDA or CLA. Yet unless as
mentioned you wanted to get rid of me.
