Tried today to work on some tests and discovered that run-tests is not binary-safe in php 6 - it can not process arbitrary outputs. Consider this test:
Oh good, that makes 5 people who are interested in CVS HEAD. Can we please make it Unicode-only now so that we can actually work on it?
