I don't find it useful, and obviously not everybody agreed with all the things in Chicago either. I didn't find this back in the notes either (http://wiki.php.net/summits/pdmnotesmay09).
I got that _you_ don't find it useful. I wish people could get outside of the box and consider what others might find useful, but obviously we're not there yet. It's not like we have millions of users with diverse usage patterns that we would need to think of, and it's not like we need to bother trying to find some consensual mechanism of making decisions.
