Take a look at http://windows.php.net/downloads/php-sdk/ In fact, take a look around http://windows.php.net/downloads. Different bundles of libraries, depending upon what you are building. I've just started building 5.4, so needed new libraries for GD. Thanks to the long suffering Pierre for the URL to this (Pierre, I remembered it ... see!!!!).
