Hi Adam, That kind of request won't get you an SVN account.
The internals team are not keen on adding more bloat to the /ext/standard/ tree. If you have some ideas to add to PHP, please open a feature request on http://bugs.php.net and provide your patches to the ticket. That way your changes can get reviewed and evaluated. >From there things can progress to the point where they're committed to trunk, and thus merged into the appropriate branch (5_4 for example).
