When there is no negative responses it is taken that nobody objects to something being added. And currently even if we do object it still gets railroaded through on the basis we do not have to use it. Currently my main incomeis derived from using PHP so ALL of these changes have a direct effect on me ...
I've been put in touch with two major projects that are in the same boat as me currently and are now having to manage their transition from 5.2 to 5.4 on user sites so perhaps we can produce some usable documentation between us.
