I'm Sajith Thennakoon a Sri Lankan php developer and programmer. I need to contribute my self to php and php community and want to make php a popular open source language in Sri Lanka and I need to translate the php documentation into Sinhalese and found the php Sri Lanka Community. Also I need to organized the very first php conference in Sri Lanka. What should I do? How should I contribute. Pleae guide me. Thank you and Best Regards.
