I'm +1 for splitting it into smaller chunks. I didn't fully comprehend the impact of some aspects of the RFC and therefore didn't feel it was appropriate for me to cast a vote either way. However, if the different pieces were broken out into smaller, more-focused RFCs I would likely vote for most of them.
