*Responsibilities*

This role will work collaboratively with internal customers to provide
SharePoint administration expertise as well as technical support to end
users; develop technical specifications as requested; develop test plans
and lead end-user testing. It is important to understand how end users are
using or wanting to use the application, and provide the most effective
SharePoint solution. Additionally, this administrator will need to
identify, recommend and implement process improvements.

The SharePoint Administrator will work with all levels of the organization
in addressing questions and providing assistance with SharePoint.



*Key Responsibilities include:*

•         Assist in project development, defining technical requirements
and developing solutions.

•         On-going support for SharePoint solutions.

•         Oversee architectural design and integration content management,
collaboration, business process or other solutions.

•         Troubleshoot and debug SharePoint sites; and working on
SharePoint customization projects.

•         Maintain and enforce SharePoint Governance policies.

•         Ensure the integrity and security of SharePoint data in
accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding
privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

•         Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve
SharePoint problems and escalate incidents as necessary.

•         Support application development teams and system administrators
throughout project lifecycles.

*Requirements*

•         Strong knowledge in configuration and administration for
Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010 with mid-to-large enterprise deployments
using Microsoft best practices.

•         Experience with conducting mid-to-large migrations in both
SharePoint 2007 and 2010 environments.

•         Workflow development with SharePoint Designer.

•         Great communication and customer service skills.

•         Excellent understand SharePoint principles and designs.

•         Understand benefits of and deployment on pre-built templates.

•         Application support experience with SharePoint.

•         Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, SQL
server and networks.

•         Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•         Good written and oral communication skills.

•         Strong knowledge in configuration and administration for
Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and 2010 with mid-to-large enterprise deployments
using Microsoft best practices.

•         Experience with conducting mid-to-large migrations in both
SharePoint 2007 and 2010 environments.

•         Application development, design, testing, and documentation.

•         Understanding of SQL Server administration.

•         Experience in Visual Studio, web parts, workflows, detailed
knowledge of the SharePoint 2007/2010 object model, IIS, etc.

•         Knowledge of SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 R2 security and authentication
processes as it relates to SharePoint technologies

•         Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•         Good written and oral communication skills.
