File and Printer administration 4. Patch administration and deployment 5. Fine-tune the system for optimal performance 6. Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment 7. Experience in atleast one backup tool – BackupExec /Netbackup /Arcserve/ Legato 8. Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue 9. Should have good communication and customer interaction skills. 10. Must have aptitude and attitude to learn / work on new technologies. 11. Manage highly available application services by using VCS. 12. Install VCS and create a cluster. 13. Configure service groups and resources. 14. Implement and verify failover and failback capability for application, storage, and network services. 15. Configure and optimize cluster behavior. 16. Protect data in a shared storage environment. 17. Configure VCS to manage SQL Server, Exchange Server, and other applications. 18. Analyze, troubleshoot, and correct cluster problems. 19.
