Job Description:
- Business analyst/Data analyst for an IT project
- Drafting Functional Requirements Document (FRD) for downstream
reporting system enhancements to report additional data elements and
business processes.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, data analysis, business
process descriptions, use cases,
Scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
- Strong analytical skills to perform thorough analysis of
existing systems and help provide solutions for business needs
- Communication with team members including overseas
- Knowledge on DB2/SQL/Mainframes DB2
- Exposure of BI tools(Business objects /Crystal reports)
- Knowledge of any change management tools like RTC or Star team
- Exposure of SAS
Relevant Years of Experience:
- 4+ years of IT experience in Business/Data analyst
