Skills Required and Job Description:

F2F required after telephonic Required: Consultant must have in-depth technical knowledge of and experience in MS Visual Studio 2008 .NET (ASP.Net, VB.Net), HTML, _javascript_ and _vbscript_, Web Services, SQL Server 2008, SSIS, SQL Server 2000, DTS, object oriented programming methodologies, ASP and VB6. Consultant must have in-depth knowledge and experience in relational database design, development and implementation. Consultant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in multi-tiered, enterprise-scale projects though all phases of software development lifecycle (i.e., requirements analysis, design, development, QA/testing and deployment). Consultant must be flexible, self-motivated, diligent, resourceful, and able to work independently. Consultant must demonstrate unshakeable integrity in all he or she undertakes and must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Consultant must be able to work directly with end users during the technical development cycle, maintaining solid customer focus, at the same time pressing towards technical excellence. Minimum of 6 years of industry experience and 3 years in the above-mentioned technologies is a must. Additional Skills (Skills that are a plus, but not required) XML, XSLT and MS Team Foundation Server experience are a plus. Responsibilities: Consultant will be responsible for support of applications written in classic Microsoft Technologies (Visual Studio 2003, VB6, SQL Server 2000 and DTS) with a focus on upgrade to newer technologies and platforms. This would include web and database development and upgrade to SQL Server 2008 and SSIS. Assignment will include development, testing, deploying, and maintaining upgraded applications. Working hours: 8 hours, 8 am to 5 pm.
