Requirements / Job Description: QA Leads MUST have recent testing in Sterling or WMOS Environments The QA Lead is responsible for managing QA testing and QA cycles in retail domain. iDEALLY have domain and functional testing experience in areas of eCommerce, order management, warehouse management, data migration and sales audit functions. -Should have very good communications and client facing skills -IDEALLY have deep understanding of 3 party service providers like Vertex, Cybersource, -IDEALLY have working knowledge in atleast one of the following products - Retek, PKMS, WMOS, JDA, any top eCommerce platforms -MUST be able to lead a team of on-site and offshore testers |
