Hands on experience in MicroStrategy Mobile, development of dashboards and apps for Mobile devices, knowledge of features and configurations needed for mobile apps. Experienced in MicroStrategy Integrity Manager, Object Manager, Enterprise Manager, and Command Manager. Advise and consult with business users, developers, and management in the creation of analytical solution to support business insight and decision making Architect and optimize existing MicroStrategy infrastructure with a focus on usability, performance, reusability, long-term flexibility, and standardization. Provide technical oversight for the development of integrated Microstrategy solutions through expert guidance, review and validation of existing reporting and new solutions to ensure continuous accuracy and front end ease-of-use. Collaborate closely with other Architects and development teams on Microstrategy application design for enhanced insight capabilities. Establish standards. Provide root cause analysis and resolutions to Microstrategy platform issues experienced by business users. Proficient in promoting Microstrategy content from one environment to other (Dev to Test and test to Prod) and validate content, security in destination system. Support compliance with report retention policy. Diagnose and resolve Microstrategy platform issues (development, test and production environments) within the defined SLA time period. Apply major/minor patches and technical releases (in development, test, and production environments) according to release management procedures and verify that all components are working properly. Monitor resource utilization and load distribution (disk, memory, CPU, database) to ensure it is performing and scaled appropriately (development, test and production environments) Knowledge in implementing scripts to setup alerts for proactive monitoring of Microstrategy services availability. Provide advanced product knowledge to diagnose and resolve application problem incidents (development, test and production environments) to application support teams. Highly proficient with design and development of semantic layer and application layer for grid reports, report services documents, dashboards and scorecards. Strong knowledge on MicroStrategy Architect, ability to translate complex requirements through schema layer.
