Interview: Phone then face to face Candidate should have strong MS Dynamics experience Position Summary: • CRM Business Analyst – Venue Systems role working for the Manager of Venue Systems and assigned to the Microsoft Dynamics, CRM project. • Primarily responsible for providing functional business analysis including gathering requirements, creating test cases, conducting testing and providing application support. • This position will provide documentation of proposed business processes, functional specifications, user guides conducted through joint sessions with users and IT staff. • The contract position will only be assigned to work on specific tasks related to the CRM project. • Must be able to assess requirements and provide direction on level of effort for development tasks between application capabilities vs. code development. • Application configuration will be a requirement of this position, but no actual coding will be required. • Must have very strong communication and writing skills and provide a sample of written requirements. Required Skills: • Must have worked as the key business analyst for at least two CRM Projects that included integration with ERP & Other Financial Systems. • Must have past experience developing specifications for the Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes. • Must have solid understanding of Master Data Management concepts and its application in the design of CRM & Sales Revenue Reporting Systems. • Must have at least two years’ experience developing Functional and Design Specification documents for Reports and Business Intelligence Dashboards. • Must have experience creating Functional Specification Document, Design Specification Document (including screenshots, wireframes etc.), and Visio process flow charts. • Must have worked as the key business analyst for at least two .NET based Web Application implementations. • Must have experience writing test cases (for application and reporting functionality), preparing test data and working with business users to conduct user acceptance testing Desired Skills: • Must have worked as the key business analyst for at least two complex Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Sales & Service module implementations, involving 100 or more users. • Must have experience using the CRM 2011 Data Import tool to bulk import test data into the CRM System. • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications. • Ability to configure CRM 2011 Workflows, System Settings and Other Application administration tasks using the CRM 2011 Web Client. • Experience working in a post go live support role, providing business end-users with prompt guidance and support to ensure rapid adoption of the newly deployed application |
