*JOB DESCRIPTION:* · ITIL v3 Certification · 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis or technical project management · Working applied knowledge of ITIL framework, specifically Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Request · Experience in all phases of SDLC and working within development teams including project planning, estimating, and application architecture, programming and testing · Experience with Service Now · Applicants should have an understanding of terminology and support roles of virtualized Window server environment · Experience working with Change Management process · Experience with metrics, reporting and dashboard requirements and development * * *Roles & Responsibilities:* · Acts as a liaison between departmental end-users, ITS and external vendor personnel in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing and maintenance of Service Now implementation and/or other software as required · Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing · Understands the business and can articulate the potential business/technical solutions that enable the department to achieve its goals · Assists project management in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, cost estimates and status reporting for completing projects · Evaluates technical application proposals from implementation vendor based on BU needs and technical criteria · Work with support teams and Change Management to plan, to communicate, document, and coordinate change activities · Identifies critical issues and creatively resolves using experience and industry practices · Ensures department activities follow approved data privacy, ITIL and security protocols.
