The Master Data Management Program is in the process of developing a centralized repository identifying the recipients, or customers, of services offered by OCFS. The repository will provide a uniform and consistent view of the customer while improving data quality in the process. These efforts support interoperability initiatives by providing the necessary foundation to share data with other agencies. Critical to the program's success is the standardization of processes, identifying reusable services, and documentation of best practices and standards regarding development and implementation. The Specialist hired will develop National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) conformant web services in accordance with the technical specifications provided to them. These activities will support the MDM central client repository and interoperability initiatives. 1. Work in coordination with a team of developers to write C# systems C#.Net 4.0. 2. Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design. 3. Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs. 4. Perform complex C#.Net coding. 5. Assist with responding to MDM and Interoperability data requests. 6. The individual in this position will work under the direction of the programs Project Director. 7. Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQL 8. Manage user acceptance of deliverables. 9. Prepare status reports. Provide operational support of the BizTalk environment 84 months experience developing N-Tier applications 84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or WCF. 84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or WCF. 36 months experience developing .net web applications 60 months experience with Oracle Databases. To include accessing data with the ODP, writing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures and triggers. 12 months of experience with Microsoft BizTalk and/or CRM Associate’s Degree or higher.
