Also provide technical support for maintaining existing applications. * Should be involved in doing proof of concepts on how a new front end frame work can be used. * Should also have thought leadership on using best industry experiences * Stays informed about technology trends, directions & determines applicability. * Ensuring coding standards are met and ensuring deliverable meets client expectations. * Work with business teams, requirement collection * Design and coding * Status Reporting * Onsite-offshore coordination Skills: * Overall 8 -10 years' experience in a technical development position with Around 2-3 years of hands on experience UI / Web Frameworks using HTML5. * Need to have strong hands on coding experience on the following front end skills * Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JSON, jQuery, jQuery mobile, and frameworks like bootstrap,mustache.js ,Mootools, angular, Modernizr and pagerjs etc. * Integrating Java Script frameworks with JSPs * Solid understanding of web best practices and standards and fully embraces Web Standards. * Experience with highly-scalable, consumer facing web applications is a plus. * Good understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) techniques desirable.
