Configuring and troubleshooting Client Access Server issue in Exchange 2010. Monitoring event viewer for critical errors and warning. Experience in supporting end user issues related to calendar, mailbox, Outlook Sync etc. Planning, implementation and administration of High availability, Periodic Server maintenance and Disaster Recovery (Patch update and upgradation) Should have provided operations support for Blackberry and Microsoft Active-Sync. Knowledge in Good Mobility Experience in managing Email Gateway like Ironmail Good working experience in Microsoft Treat Management Gateway. Backup management of Exchange. BES support Mobile device management tool like Good technology. *AD* Strong understanding and working experience with Active Directory. Installation and configuration of Active Directory on Windows 2003 R2, Windows 2008 and Windows 2008 R2 Strong Administration Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS.
