*Position: Verint Work Flow Experience ConsultantLocation: New York City, NY Duration: 12+ MonthsRequired:- 8-10 years of experience working with Verint Work Force Optimization systems Experienced with customer-contact support center and back-office operations along with workforce performance management applications Ability to drive an agenda of collaboration and partnering. Ability to rapidly master client specific ADM process, Lean Methodology, models and tools and provide application leadership and mentoring in this context Operating Systems - including Windows 2000/2003/2008, Desktop (XP, Win7/8), Domains ( Active Directory) and Windows Security. Networking - including protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, SMTP, etc.), components & hardware (DNS, WINS, hubs & routers), security (firewalls). Databases - including MSQL (2005/2008/2012), queries, schema, and stored procedures including: interpretation of schemas, and/or author queries and stored procedures Hardware - including vendors, RAID, processors, storage, RAM).
