*Interview mode: Phone then SkypeJob Description: *Responsible for transforming existing Access Management workflow processes that exist in Lotus Notes to SAP Netweaver Identity Manager (IdM). Provides research, analysis of business requirements and recommendations on the design of the new workflow processes. Performs development efforts for configuring application workflows. Reports to IT Security and Compliance Lead Analyst. This individual will support the design and implementation of an Identity Management (IdM) solution utilizing SAP IdM 7.2. They will support the configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. As the SAP IdM application specialist, they will work with a focused team to drive the effort in delivering world-class enablement materials for our internal community. Responsible for identifying new systems opportunities, developing and selling the business case for change, defining the new system and process requirements, and managing the solution delivery to the business community. Keys to success in this position are the following: strong knowledge of SAP IdM, exceptional interpersonal skill, business acumen, project management skill, the ability to transform this knowledge and experience into new business processes, and the skill to present and prove a business case. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Transform existing applications in home-grown Access Request system (Lotus Notes) to SAP IdM. Adapts differing techniques and methods to deal with variations in application requirements to solve complex problems. Reports to IT Security Lead Analyst. 2. Work tasks encompass concepts within multiple disciplines/practices which may include more than one department/location. Working tasks might include: a. Provides technical support and guidance in all aspects of design and development; b. Studies existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve workflow as required; c. May oversee development efforts conducted by colleagues (external resources); d. May provide basic training on IdM to others e. Troubleshoots the most complex technical problems to resolve user issues; f. Considers the impact of any changes on current systems and develops risk analysis; g. Ensures plans support business needs and goals and that project objectives are met. Presents project recommendations to appropriate personnel that demonstrate sound planning in support of business needs and goals; 3. Negotiates and counsels at an advanced level with an audience which may not be knowledgeable in the subject area. Demonstrates solid persuasion skills and manages differing interests and perspectives. QUALIFICATIONS: Education / Experience: * 5 years experience with SAP IdM in designing workflows and customizing configurations to meet business needs; * 5 years experience programming Java Script; * Must have working experience in setting up IdM for user provisioning and role provisioning; * Must know how to handle both direct & indirect role assignments through IdM. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; * Good JAVA knowledge in configuring & customizing SAP IdM; * Solid technical life-cycle management skills; * Experienced in connecting SAP IdM to various identity stores: Microsoft Active Directory (AD), LDAP, email, and databases * Understanding of SSO technologies such as SAML * Understanding of Web APIs: SOAP (XML) and REST based * Experience with virtual Directory technology * Completed at least three end-to-end SAP IdM implementations; * Experienced in SAP Security and proven knowledge of SAP GRC; * Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues in SAP IdM; * Experience integrating SAP modules with non-SAP tools; * Good understanding of SAP Business Processes; * Familiar with bi-directional communication between SAP IdM to AD; * Able to handle multiple efforts simultaneously; * Great communication skills; * Able to work with technical and not-technical people; * Strong documentation skills and willing to document all procedures; * Ability to interpret customer requirements into technical solutions to meet the business need; * Ability to interact with team members and cross functional teams; * Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction; Optional Training / Certifications: CISSP Thanks Regards *Steven Olson* (Technical Recruiter) *Ennovace Inc* Ph: 214 541 9081 F: 724.264.5637 [email protected] www.ennovace.com 1801 S O'connor Rd Irving TX 75061 Disclaimer: We respect your Online Privacy.
