Middleware Developer Alpharetta, GA. 6+ months Phone + Face2Face $55/hr all inclusive Our customer is looking for a local resource immediately available to help on an integration project. It entails developing a middle-ware utility that enables legacy code to integrate with their internal financial system. Basically, the legacy programs will write their requests to a messaging bus. The middle-ware piece which will need to be developed will pick up these requests and invoke the corresponding JDE web services. It's a simpleutility that requires proficiency in Java, concurrency, data transformations (text to/from), web services concepts, messaging concepts. *It entails developing a middle-ware utility that enables legacy COBOL and RPG to integrate with JDE financial system. The legacy programs will write their requests to a messaging bus (iSeriesDataQueue)*. The middle-ware (to be developed) will pick up these requests and invoke the corresponding *JDE web *services. It's a simple utility that requires proficiency in Java, concurrency, data transformations (text to/from), web services concepts, messaging concepts.
