Please let me know, if you are interested in the below role !! *Role: Java / Spring MVC / Javascript web developer* *Duration: 12 months (may be extended)* *Location: Cincinnati, OH* *Note: OPT’s are also fine, Rate is $45/hr on C2C* *Responsibilities:* · Responsible for execution of the team deliverables according to program needs and per the direction of the App Depot Technical Team · Web development using Java, Javascript, and Spring MVC · UI development using Spring MVC and Javascript · Write unit test case and conduct unit testing of the code prior to delivery. TDD approach preferred · Develop web application based on instructions from the GE App Depot technical team as per the project requirement · Write code independently based on sound understanding of technical specifications at the same time adhering to the architectural design provided and industry best practices · Code configuration management · Suggest and adopt industry best practices · Proactively manage and escalate areas that may cause schedule slippage well in advance *Additional Responsibilities:* · Adhere to GE's Project Management Methodology (PMM) processes · Analyze issues, resolving and tracking software bugs · Document user manuals/ maintenance guides · Develop code that is easy to maintain, with adequate descriptive comments and accounts for all the failure conditions · Support continuous improvements for the applications *Qualifications:* · Excellent coding skills using current flavors of Spring MVC and Javascript libraries · Web development experience using Spring MVC (Expertise required) · Experience with developing, exposing and consuming SOAP and REST web-services (Expertise required) · Expertise in UI development using Spring MVC and Javascript required · Experience using MVC architecture, Hibernate, JQuery, and Javascript data binding highly desired · Experience working RDBMS Oracle 11 or higher.. · Ability to develop code using Java · Knowledge of Apache and JBoss for troubleshooting desired · Technology – Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Thymeleaf, JQuery, Web services, PL-SQL (Oracle), SQL, Web forms, Web application, MVC, XML, XSLT, CSS, WSDL, JavaScript, HTML5 · Experience using office productivity software such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, etc. · Minimum 5 years of experience as software developer, using Java, Spring, and Javascript · Experience using configuration management and control tools like SVN, VSS, PVCS, CVS, GIT *Preferred:* · Proven experience in working with global cross-functional and distributed teams. · Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong verbal and written communications in the English language with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization. · Independent worker, self-motivated, and highly capable. · Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to meet U.S. Export Control criteria *Thanks & Regards,* *Prasanth Joshi,* *Technical Recruiter,* *TechDrive Inc,* *Ph: 703-825-4689,* *E-mail: [email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
