*Position:: Pega Business Analyst * *Location:: Wilmington, DE * *Duration:: 1+ year* *Job description:-* A PEGA Business Analyst with PEGA Business Certification to join their dynamic, revitalized project. The Business Analyst will lead clients through life cycle implementation, enhancement, and customization projects. • Lead client design meetings to define functional implementation requirements, necessary customizations, and key client business drivers • Document the design workshop results, to include options for customization where appropriate • Develop functional specifications for client enhancements and customizations (including system-to-system integration, producing use cases, wireframes, screen shots, test scenarios etc) • Coordinate with technology, business, operations, messaging services to drive project activity • Provide regular project status reports to clients • Participate in the QA testing phase of all projects to provide subject matter expertise, compliance with design, and ensure quality delivery for the client • Review and provide input to QA test plans and scripts to ensure accuracy and thoroughness for the functionality being implemented • Use QA tools and processes to track and coordinate development issues with the technology and QA teams • Support issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post-implementation support as the product subject matter expert • Should be a quick learner and effective communicator *Pega Business Certification (Pega CBA with 6.1 or above)* Ø Experience in using PRPC Application Profile, Application Express, Document Wizard and Application Enablement Wizard.
