Please send the resume to [email protected] Job Title: Remedy Developer Location: Reston, VA/McLean, VA Duration:6 Months Contract to Hire Rate: DOE Required Skills: 7+ years on Remedy and CMDB development including web service development. - Develop code and customizations in Remedy ITSM application suite (including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB and Asset Management) to support Freddie Mac process and procedures. - Extensive background in BMC CMDB 8.1 and Integrations to other systems using API/Web Services. - Define the release scope and requirements from the users and process owners. - Analyze requirements and make recommendation to utilize out-of-the-box solutions. - Document the design. - Develop Remedy application customizations, code and application configurations, integration development. - Perform unit testing. - Facilitate SIT/UAT and resolve issues. - Document implementation and back-out plans. - Support deployment into non-production and production environments. - Document release notes, help with training and document job aids. - Facilitate the releases based on priority of the enhancement and criticality of the defects - Follow release guidelines and change process, furnish required artifacts based on the change process. - Support the Remedy application development (code) issues in production and perform hot fixes/enhancements. - Document Remedy coding standards. - Support development and configuration changes required for the following initiatives: - Resolve outstanding defects and enhancements. - Report needs to support ITGC controls. - Standing up Problem Management module. - Building Asset inventory/CMDB. - CMDB Reconciliation and Normalizations. - BMC Atrium Integrator 8.1. *Best Regards,* Javeed IT Recruiter National Consulting Group Inc Direct: 908 333-5825 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
