*Position:: Production support and release engineer * *Location:: Durham, NC* *Duration:: 1+ year* Note:- H1B/ EAD copy required at the time of submission. *Skills required :-* • Provide Level1 and Level 2 operational support for non-production environment • Investigate and Fix system generated alerts • Monitor and fix batch cycle issues in non-production environment • Investigate and Fix user raised incidents • Understand existing build and deployment process • Perform deployments in non-production environments • Understand environment provisioning process and different teams involved • Coordinate environment creation with respective groups based on the specifications received • Perform environment setup like configure web server with database & Queues • Migrate the build to different environments • Understand and validate the release notes • Automation of build and deployment *Technical Skills :-* • Should have strong experience in UNIX & Shell Scripting • Demonstrated experience in supporting production or non-production environments for application built on technology components Java, Tomcat, Oracle, Informatica • Should have experience on either Autosys or Control-M • Should have experience in SCM tool preferably Clearcase or Github • Should have Java based application deployment experience • Should have deployment experience on web server like Apache Tomcat • Should have done build and release automation in their earlier projects • Nice to have working experience of any continuous integration tool like Jenkins, AnthillPro, udeploy • Nice to have experience in any of the build tool preferably Maven, ANT *General Skills :-* • Excellent communication skills • Good co-ordination skills • Multi task and being able to prioritize effectively • Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment issues • Should be able to use SCM tool preferably clearcase or Github or Stash Thanks & Regards*,* Jyoti Budhwar IT- Recruiter Phone: 609-897-9670 x 4006 Email: [email protected] Fax: 609-228-5522 Address: 38 Washington Road, Princeton Jn, NJ 08550 *[image: cid:[email protected]]* <http://www.sysmind.com/> This email is intended for business communication.
