*Duration : 6-12 months* *Experience : 5-8 Years * *Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required**:* · Securities Domain(Mandatory) · Application Testing(Mandatory) · As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenance/Testing) · You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. · You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project. *Application Testing* · Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. · Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. · Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. *Securities Domain* · Should be able to develop integrated plan for domain engagement in discussions with the Program Manager · Should be able to map inward and outward dependencies. · Lead and own domain delivery Managing Customer relationship, Ownership of RFIs/PFPs from Domain engagement perspective, Proactive identification of opportunities. *Application Testing* · Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. · Develops and executes software test plans. · Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. · Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. · Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. · Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. · Works on problems of relatively complex scope, through general usage of standard programming concepts and principles and application of own judgment. · Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad supervision/ guidance. · Expected to further build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. · May guide new members in the team to help them scale up faster. *Securities and Capital Markets* · In depth knowledge of Securities & Capital Markets · Good knowledge of Securities& Capital Markets business technology landscape and geo variations. · Understanding on various players in the industry and interdependencies/geo variations if any (e.g. Third Party Service Providers, Regulators etc..) · Exposure to core Securities & Capital Markets systems like Flex cube, Financle,T24. · Good knowledge of overall Securities & Capital Markets industry regulatory environment.
