Must have a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming concept. Knowledge of Rational Unified Process methodology or other iterative development methodologies is a plus. Specific technical skills to be defined by Manager. *Additional Details:* *Looking for mid\senior level .NET\C# talent... NOT FRONT END web developers.* Our team is focused on server-side technology and we need guys\gals who have experience dealing with server-side issues: multi-threading, low latency\high throughput performance, etc. If they have front-end experience... *that's fine, but their resumes should have 50%+ server-side experience*.
