Send resumes to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position : Performance Testing* *Location : Memphis, TN* *Duration : 3-6 Months * *Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:* · Performance Test Engineering · Experience in Devise End-to-End Performance Test Strategy after understanding the Application and Technology landscape. · Detailed Performance Test Planning and tracking. · Analysis of Production logs and net tracker for deriving the best performance model. · Experience in minimum 4protocols of Load Runner. · Experience in 2 more tools like Jmeter, Neoload, Silk Performer, VSTS · Planning the execution cycles with appropriate backup/restore strategies · Monitoring at all tiers of application Web, Application and Database tier minimum. · Diagnosing monitor at 4 levels viz Infrastructure, OS platform, Server platform and Application. · Application Profiling expertise either on JVM (or) CLR including stack trace, memory management, CPU cycles, thread of execution. · Preparing detailed performance test report with level-1, level-2 and level-3 observations (on transaction counters, server hardware performance counters, Mid-tier and database performance statistics). *Performance Testing* · Performance Testing- Knowledge on Performance Testing Life cycle. · Proficient in writing the Performance test cases. · Scripting in any one Performance Testing tool (Load Runner, Jmeter, Neoload) on HTTP protocol. · Experience in Web scripting correlation. · Performance Test Execution. · Preparing the basic Performance Test Report with the observations. · Experience in using Diagnostics tool to identify bottlenecks at various tiers of Application · Proficient in any two Application Servers (for Java or .NET) and one Database Server on Performance nuances · Proficient in Authoring Performance Test Reports. · Good Experience in doing Test Estimation. *Load Runner * · Experience in Load Runner Vu Gen, Controller and Analysis module. · Demonstrate experience in analysis of results, identification of bottle necks and recommendation of solutions · Knowledge and experience on Load Runner Virtual User Generator for creating scripts using atleast one protocol(preferably Web). · Knowledge and experience on Load Runner Controller for building and executing the performance test scenarios. · Knowledge and experience in developing reports using Load Runner Analysis. *JVM Performance Testing* *Silk Performer * · Ability to script using BDL language · Execute on the Injectors · Parse the HTTP responses *Planning* · Understanding of planning concepts (Operation / Strategic Planning) · Trained and Understands key functionalities of BPS / IP / BPC. · Creation of Simple data model with data input. · Planning function basics. · Creation and using Excel based planning applications.
