Working with the engineering staff, some of those tests are conducted for the purpose of evaluating the readiness of software code delivery, functional application operation, and use of integrated components built for large-scale financial enterprise solution. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical, troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills for the self-directed and motivated individual. *Responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:* • Participates in test automation effort for products within a product line in an Agile/Scrum environment • Participate in technical quality discussions and helps to achieve decisions related to the design specification of a product/project • Design and enhance test automation frameworks • Writes functional, regression, and integration test automation • Stays current with test automation techniques, tools and best practices • Shares and presents testing technique, strategies and frameworks with ADP test automation community • Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline *Requirements:* • Test automation experience 5+ years • Technologies/environments: • SAP (CD, BCA, FI-GL, BI) is REQUIRED • SAP ECC 6 is a plus for above modules • Oracle • Microsoft • UNIX is a plus *Programming skills:* • VB/VB.NET <http://vb.net/> is REQUIRED • Java is a plus • C is a plus • C# is a - Plus *Tools Knowledge:* • QTP is REQUIRED • TAO is REQUIRED • BPT (via ALM) is REQUIRED • Industry knowledge: • Financial - REQUIRED • Banking • Payroll • Taxes *Other:* • Test Management Tool: HP ALM • Operating Systems: Windows 7, Mac OS X • Browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari • Microsoft Office: Excel *SAP Upgrade Project – Test Automation Consulting Requirements* • Mentoring/Training Services on SAP TAO version 3.0 · Demonstrate how information is pushed/pull to/from Solution Manager · Training on the automation of tests utilizing SAP TAO and HP QuickTest Professional (QTP) · Training and development of Business Process Test Scripts within HP ALM · Mentoring sessions on how to plan a test for automation; how to utilize ALM for test automation; how to utilize SAP TAO for SAP transactions · Roadmap on how to achieve further automation opportunities for functional and technical needed for the SAP ECC Upgrade Project • Conversion from SAP TAO 2.0 to SAP TAO 3.0 o Mentoring on approach, troubleshooting and development needed to support the conversion of current suite of approximately 500 automated tests from SAP TAO 2.0 and SAP TAO 3.0 • Conversion from SAP 4.72 to ECC 6.0 EHP7 o Mentoring on approach, troubleshooting and development needed to support the conversion of current suite of approximately 500 automated tests from SAP 4.72 to ECC 6.0 EHP7. • New Automation Development o Automation of approximately 500 additional new tests to support the SAP ECC 6.0 Upgrade within 6 months. · This will require tests being built utilizing SAP TAO 3.0, SAP TAO PFA Tool, ALM BPT and QTP.
